Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Process Management: Conducting client meetings, presenting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to adjust strategies.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and submitting sales reports.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively influence clients.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: A driven, results-focused attitude.

Typical Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
